Use the software lawfully
Use ZionClad only for lawful business purposes and within the permissions of your account, subscription, and any third-party data source. Do not use it to deceive, harass, discriminate, misrepresent property rights, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.
You are responsible for assessing licensing, fair-housing, consumer-protection, advertising, and professional obligations that apply to your own real estate activities. ZionClad's availability does not authorize a regulated activity.
SECTION 02
Respect contact information and consent
Only import or process personal information when you have an appropriate legal basis or permission. Do not assume that a business card, publicly visible phone number, purchased list, or imported contact record gives permission for every form of marketing.
Before initiating email, phone, text, or mailing campaigns, check applicable rules, maintain appropriate consent and suppression records, honor opt-out requests, and verify contact details. A consent field in software records information supplied by a user; it is not independent confirmation of consent.
SECTION 03
Protect accounts and other users
Do not share passwords, circumvent access restrictions, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized security testing, scrape restricted content, or interfere with services or other users. Limit access to authorized people and secure exported information.
Do not upload sensitive records that are unnecessary for the intended task. Review the Privacy Policy and any product-specific notices before using third-party integrations, scanners, exports, or automated features.
SECTION 04
Review all outputs
Check imported data, OCR or scanned text, financial calculations, projections, and any AI-assisted material before relying on or distributing it. Zillow, county, public, vendor, or customer-provided information may be incomplete or outdated; no outside data source is endorsed here.
