Trials, Billing and Cancellation Information

ZionClad uses Stripe to process subscription payments. ZionClad's standard offer includes a seven-day free trial so customers can evaluate the software and cancel before the first paid charge. Once a subscription charge is collected, fees are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law.

SECTION 01

Seven-day free trial

Eligible new subscriptions include a seven-day free trial. Review the exact start and end of the trial, the first billing date, the recurring price, applicable taxes, and the cancellation method shown at signup and checkout.

To avoid the first subscription charge, cancel before the seven-day trial ends and before the charge is due. The trial does not extend automatically when an account is unused. Keep a record of your cancellation confirmation.

SECTION 02

Stripe payments and automatic renewal

Stripe processes ZionClad subscription payments. Stripe may collect and process payment-method and transaction information to complete payments, manage recurring billing, prevent fraud, and support payment operations, as described in the applicable privacy disclosures.

If you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription may convert to a paid subscription and renew for the billing period shown at checkout. The applicable recurring price, renewal terms, and payment authorization must be disclosed before subscription enrollment.

SECTION 03

No-refund policy after billing

Because the seven-day free trial offers an opportunity to evaluate and cancel before payment, ZionClad does not ordinarily issue refunds for subscription fees already charged, including unused time, partial periods, or failure to cancel before renewal.

This policy does not restrict refunds, reversals, charge corrections, or other rights and remedies required by applicable law. An unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, or billing error may be reviewed and corrected as appropriate. Any express written checkout or order terms that lawfully provide more favorable rights also apply.

SECTION 04

How to cancel

Cancel through the method available in your ZionClad account or presented at checkout. If the cancellation option cannot be accessed, contact billing@zionclad.com or support@zionclad.com before the deadline, stating the account email and subscription involved, without sending payment-card details or passwords.

Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal charges and does not refund fees already charged. Deleting an app or simply not using a subscription does not cancel it. The exact access end date depends on the subscription terms displayed in your account.

SECTION 05

Applicable terms and legal protections

Your accepted order, the checkout disclosures, and the ZionClad Terms of Service govern binding subscription terms. Applicable consumer-protection, automatic-renewal, disclosure, consent, cancellation, and payment laws continue to apply regardless of any no-refund statement.
