Where to report
Email security@zionclad.com with the subject “Security Report.” Describe the affected ZionClad address, what you observed, and a way for us to follow up. For urgent account concerns, also take available steps to secure your own account and associated email.
Avoid sending passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, private customer records, or exploit instructions in an ordinary email. Ask for a safer method of sharing sensitive details if necessary.
SECTION 02
Do not access other people's information
This page is not authorization to probe, scan, exploit, or test ZionClad systems. Do not access accounts or data you do not own, interrupt services, perform social engineering, or publicly disclose someone else's information.
This page does not establish a bug bounty, reward, safe-harbor agreement, or permission to conduct penetration testing. Any authorized testing requires separate written permission.
SECTION 03
Personal information and incident notices
Privacy requests should follow the Privacy Policy. If a security incident creates legally required notification obligations, those requirements apply independently of this public reporting guidance.
